Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery

- Unworn & unwashed
- Tags attached
- Free of pet hair, odor, or damage
β Items not meeting these standards will be rejected and returned at your expense

For ALL returns & exchanges not caused by our error:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
- We do NOT provide prepaid return labels
- You may ship using any carrier
If you request a return label:
β Shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
β Non-Returnable Items
- Food, treats, supplements
- Chewed or used toys
- Clearance / sale items

We do NOT offer direct exchanges
To exchange:
- Return the item (shipping at your cost)
- Place a new order

- Original shipping is non-refundable
