Processing & Delivery
- Orders are typically shipped within 24 business hours of placement.
- You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
- Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Petshion Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks them as delivered. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
