Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Please review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth return process.

Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Item(s) must be in original, sellable condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and free of pet hair.
  • Items not meeting these conditions will be returned to you at your expense.
  • Final sale: Clearance and sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
  • We do not accept returns on food, treats, supplements, or chewed toys. (Please note: no toy is guaranteed against chewing.)

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for your refund to appear after we process your return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the item (shipping at your cost) and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

Defective or damaged merchandise must be reported within 2 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please contact us at info@petshionboutique.com for assistance.
