Our Designer Dresses are one of a kind and fashion forward, featuring Brilliant Colors for Spring.  All our Spring Dresses are light weight and COOL. Heavy duty Velcro closures are safe and secure. The extra strength nylon reinforced D-Ring allows the dress to be used as a harness. This dress does include a leash.

Features Embroidered Balloons on the collar with multi color ribbon swirls. It also has a Tulle skirt lining with edge trim.

Hook and Loop neck and chest closures feature Heavy Duty Velcro that will not open even when pull or lifted. Lots of adjustment for easy fit.
